The BWF World Junior Championships 2022 takes place from October 17, 2022 to October 22, 2022 in Santander, Spain at the Palacio de Deportes de Santander.

U.S. is the top seed in Group G to begin the first stage of the Team Event, along with Armenia, Sri Lanka, Czech Republic, and Turkiye.

Since the inception, U.S. never entered into the top 10 and 14th position was its best performance in 2016 BWF World Junior Championships Mixed Team event.
The U.S. is represented in the team event by Ella Lin, Adrian Mar, Chloe Ho, Aaron Bai, Natalie Chi, Ryan Ma, Kodi Tang Lee, and Andre Chim. They are supported by Head Coach Andy Chong, Assistant Coach Hendry Winarto, and Team Manager Trenton Szeto.Â

U.S. opened the tournament by whitewash Armenia 5-0 in the their opening match .
U.S. defeated Sri Lanka, 4-1, on the second day of competition. On the third day of the group stage, USA defeated Czech Republic, 4-1 to finish at the top of Group G and secure a top 8 finish and to meet Japan, the winner of Group H. USA was defeated by Japan, 0-3, in the first playoff match.
U.S. defeated Spain, 3-0, to move on to the 5th/6th place match on the final day of the Team Event.
U.S. was defeated by China by 3 - 0 and settled to the 6th position at BWF World Junior Mixed Team Championship 2022.
BWF World Number 60 Ryan Ma and Kodi Tang Lee has registered impressive wins to showcase the ever best U.S. performance in the world junior championship.
Since the inception, U.S. never entered into the top 10 and 14th position was its best performance in 2016 BWF World Junior Championships Mixed Team event.
